Cajun Fries



Crispy on the outside fluffy in the middle with a kick from the cajun seasoning, who could ask for more from a fry!!

Syn free on extra easy.


Preheat oven 200c, 400f, gas mark 5

Ingredients

1 lb maris piper potatoes cut into large fries
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
½ tsp salt
frylight

Method

Spray a baking sheet with frylight, rinse off the fries and lay out on the baking sheet, spray with more frylight and sprinkle with the cajun seasoning and salt. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, then turn the fries over spray again with frylight and bake for another 20 minutes.

  3. Kimiki you can par boil them, but i don't bother it takes more time and makes more washing up, i just rinse the potatoes after cutting them then cook them in the oven straight away and for me they turn out the same if not better than being par boiled :-)
