These pancakes are syn free if you use the oats as your healthy B.
The maple syrup is obviously synful at 2 syns per tablespoonful.
Makes 3 pancakes
Ingredients
35 g rolled oats
2 eggs beaten
3 tsp sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp of a muller light yogurt (more if needed)
1 tsp baking powder (optional) if you use add 0.5 syn.
Method
Blend all the ingredients together till smooth and the consistency of extra thick cream.
Spray a frying pan with frylight and pour in a third of the mixture cook for 3 minutes on each side till air bubbles appear and they are golden.

I'm so glad they worked for you and you enjoyed them, there is always a worry that the recipes won't be to other peoples tastes or don't work, so it's great to get feed back, good or bad, so if the recipe is wrong in anyway i can rectify it. But a thumbs up is great!!!!

DeleteI don't often post to things like this but that's how amazing these pancakes were! I used muller light toffee and they were substantial and delicious :-D so good to see a syn free pancake recipe that isn't just egg :-) didn't use the baking powder this time either. Definitely be having these more often! Thanks for posting!

DeleteHi, I don't have a blender but I mixed the mixture with an electric whisk. They were yummy and very filling. I didn't use vanilla, just Muller light vanilla. Thank you.
